Adam Clegg is the Managing Director of Vivid Hair Ltd in Market Harborough and a relatively new client of Andy Turner, Partner at Mark J Rees in Leicester.

When Adam was contemplating taking over the business, for which he had previously worked, he sought business and financial advice from Andy, a trusted friend. Vivid Hair is an upmarket, sizeable and established salon in Market Harborough employing ten staff with eight client stations.

Initially, Andy provided support in the crucial areas of refining the business plan, liasing with the bank
and contract negotiations. Subsequently and with Adam then firmly at the helm, they have focused on systemising the business and preparing regular accounts for essential budgetary comparison.

Adam has expansive plans for his business including the creation of a small training academy at the premises within a space currently underutilised. We look forward to helping Adam realise his business goals.
